~ David ~ Art History art history of the wonderful Owens Art Paintings Millennium Pictures Event, as it was shared with me, Phyllis E. Starr, by participating volunteer and independent witnesses i.e., Mark Sandoval, Joseph Blake (now deceased), Russell Faber, Susan Warner, and his own sister, Laura (Owens) Bustillos. Those named, were just a few of the public and witnesses attending the event.

David: It all started with twenty-four (24) paintings by this self-taught artist. All 24 of these painting, pictures, had one thing in common and that was the last few strokes of each individual painting were set to be, and with purpose, accomplished at an extra special date and exact time 11:59:59 P.M. associated with Greenwich Mean Time at each of the twenty-four (24) World time zones around the planet Earth, and the last day of the 2nd Millennium December 31 2000. And.. then another twenty-four (24) paintings, pictures pertain to the exact first day of the 3rd Millennium January 1, 2001 and started with the exact stroke of the first second in time of the First Day January 1st 2001 of the 3rd Millennium.
David: How it was accomplished: Next to the original 24 paintings, David, with just a few strokes needed to complete on each one of the 2nd Millennium Painting as it was completed in its exact time and place in art history below there was a brand new blank canvas which as the clock struck 12 Midnight became a 3rd Millennium painting as David applied the brush with the first stroke of paint beginning the painting of the exact first 3rd Millennium picture in the history of humanity of the world and for this amazing event in World time and art history and the World of Mankind past present and going on into future history.

Then introducing the 3rd millennium on January 1, 2001 at the "International Dateline" in the far Pacific Ocean, David, having just made World Visionary Art History by completing the Official First of 2nd Millennium Final paintings Entitled: The lord's lamp.
David, then at the exact first second in time of the first moment of the first day of the 3rd Millennium January 1st 2001 David with a prepared brush began and started the very first OFFICIALLY recorded painting of THE 3rd Millennium Entitled: Virtue's Love
